I had a great burrito a couple days ago at Palermo’s in Jenison and wanted to experience that again while in Grand Rapids. BOY was I wrong! This Palermo’s is absolutely HORRIBLE!! It was cold, dry, burnt, no tomato or lettuce, chicken was full of grizzle and the container was flattened upon delivery! The ground beef tastes like dog food to top it off. NEVER go here!

Will never eat there again 🤮. Wings weren't fully cooked and gross. Bread bites were disgusting. Pizza not that great either, pretty dry. All around bad experience

This might be one of the 5 best pizzas I have ever had. The pizza had pounds of toppings and cheese we got the Palermo Super deluxe. It had everything you could think of. Bacon , ham , pepperoni, onions , olives ,peppers and mozzarella cheese.
