My 10 yr old was asking questions like a normal 10 yr old would. It was obvious the staff was annoyed by it. Dr was very polite and helpful. Support staff was not welcoming, I was charged for x rays when they were done already by referring orthodontist. Was not given an estimate before we arrived. Felt like we were an inconvenience the entire time we were there.

I went in for consultation for extraction. There was a cancellation, and I could have the extraction today. Great, no second appointment! Dr Van Heukelom was excellent (as were her assistants)! Everything went as was explained to me, and I was done in no time. I took 2 pain pills that day and 1 the next morning. Within 24 hours, I had no pain, and didn't even feel like I had a tooth pulled. Credit to Dr VanHeukelom and her team. All office staff were friendly and courteous! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I took our two oldest children here. One for a wisdom tooth consultation and both to have mouth guards made. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Dr VanHeukelom truly took her time to explain the procedure to us and answer all of our questions. Her assistant was so kind to us also. Highly recommend this office for your oral surgery needs!

Overall great wisdom teeth removal experience. The staff were friendly and made the appointment quick and painless. The facility was clean and comfortable. My procedure went smoothly, and I had no complications following surgery.
