Terrible place. Car windows being busted out, things are stolen often, people overdosing on heroin, leaking pipes, mold, and worst of all the staff is so rude and doesnt help with anything. I personally feel they have issues with light skinned people. I can go on for day reguarding the flaws that come with with place other than the extremely high rent. I definitely wouldnt recommend this complex tp anyone...

Had a great experience thus far, just moved in today. Jackie has been extremely helpful following up with my emails and making the move in as smooth as possible. I am loving the hardwood and black appliances. Maintenance seems friendly as well. Great experience so far with The Village At Crestview.

The current pricing for apartments at Village at Crestview are located here in the products section and they're also available on our website. Because they change, it gets confusing if we answer here.
I believe there was some pipe freezing issues but I'm not certain.
We offer 6 ,9 and 12 month leases.
