Amazing staff, from the front desk, back of the house (nurses) and the phlebotomist. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for what you do!

Dr Lee the pharmacist and Ms McClain (not sure of spelling) MH provider are kind and caring of the veterans. The whole clinic used to be. The person doing the COVID screening has been unpleasant on several occasions. Is it part of a punishment for her to be there?Though other VA clinics have accommodated veterans by use of wearing mask and social distancing, this clinic makes you go in and register, get a pager go back to vehicle and wait. If heat or ac needed, it is at owners expense. Hopefully they can afford the fuel now especially with higher prices. I hope they are kind enough to let those dropped off by public transportation come inside. You are not doing veterans a favor YOU are WORKING because of them.

This place is a joke. When you have a phone appt, they miss it. They also cancel your appts w/out telling you. Then they give you another appt 1-2 months down the road if your lucky.

This VA clinic needs a lot of improvement. I requested to see the doctor and was told that she was unavailable. The last time I saw the doctor was October 1, 2019. I asked for a new back brace last one was issued to me in 2005. I needed new hearing aids last one issued in 1996. The only thing I hear from this clinic: you can't have it, you have to go to Fayetteville VAMC, your not eligible for medical supplies, and my favorite you can't go to a civilian medical facility. I lived 50+ miles from the VAMC. So I transferred to another VAMC. Maybe I will get the medical care that I need.

Yes, the mailing address is the actual physical address.
No you have to go to Fayetteville
Xrays MRIs no they are a clinic for basic care and mental health care everything else is sent back to Fayetteville VA. When you have to travel you can do a voucher to get some money back for gas. Your case worker should be in Fayetteville and able to answer questions. Find out who your worker is.
Yes American born doctors silly and some are veterans
I don't understand this question????
