I don’t ever post reviews because customer service is taxing and I have first hand experience, but I called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered the phone was nothing but rude. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my situation and kept me on the phone for so much longer than necessary because she couldn’t be bothered to listen to my full question.

I was a nervous wreck leaving my baby while I was on vacation. The staff was so understanding and talked me through everything at drop off to help ease my mind. They sent me pictures of him every day/evening and let me know how he was. He came home happy and tired after making new friends. We will definitely use them for boarding again, and maybe even a daycare trip or two as a treat for our pup!

We love taking our pups to The Pet Wagon. Everyone here is wonderful to our babies…from Maria, to Kristina and Morgan to Karen. When Luna first came here, she was so timid and shy and now she runs to the door and can’t wait to go inside. Luna now has a 6 month old brother, Henry…and Kristina is really working with him and has introduced him to a smaller play group so as not to overwhelm him. She is trying to get him to be more confident and to let his personality come out more. The care and attention that they provide is just wonderful. I highly recommend.

I had a lot of difficulty dealing with the front-end office person Karen, she gave me some wrong information and was a little curt and not very helpful. I almost missed an opportunity to board my dog because I thought he could go there and then discovered that that was not possible until an evaluation could be done which was not for another three weeks. I had to quickly find another boarding opportunity local and fortunately was able to do so. The face of your business should be much friendlier.

I'm 99% sure I'm going to board my dog with you next week. Due to the expected hurricane heading towards the U.S. I'm just curious if you would feel it's necessary to evacuate or would the dogs be safe there? The building is fairly new, correct?

I know that the owners personally take care of each as if they are their own! If they feel as if it necessary they will take every precaution. I do know that they have taken in shelter dogs during strong storm's. Your baby is in safe hand's with them
