What works for one driver may not work for another. I started working with STAR now LANDAIR in 2007 and still here. I've always worked with you do right by who you work for and they'll do right by you. My only complaint in 15 year's remains the same, lack of communication.

I work for them presently it was my 1st driving job and I never left. We are no longer called star we are landair or ctg. They are amazing to drive for.

So..you are better of w hazmat at Covenant Transportation..they have a killed haz/tanker (totes in a dry van) account that I would look into. No clue on pay

Yes..

I along with hundreds of other drivers were suddenly let go through no fault of our own. The only explanation they gave us was that "we no longer met their hiring criteria "...it's been over 2 months and I have yet to be paid my last 2 checks

Most likely from my experience they are looking at any way to keep as much of the check as possible.

Are the dedicated routes to the same customer only?...I was on a dedicated account for over 25 years at my last company...home on the weekends...that available?
