Even though they're shorstaffed the unload process, including the check-in, took 7 minutes. I needed more time to unchain and unstrap than for them to take the coil off. Come early and you'll be happy

Showed up on 09 11 20. Early but within there 1 hour window they require. 2 different people came in the recieving office looked at me but didn't even acknowledge I was there. Absolutely brutal

Human Being

Great place to load. Good guys Pet and Burney will take care of you but receiving brings there average down to one star. I was early for appointment no trucks anywhere. Wouldn't unload me wouldn't let me park there. The time it took them to make me leave they could have unloaded me. 1 coil.

I arrived at Steel Summit in La Vergne TN at 11:50pm with a 47k lb steel coil. I drove straight from Nucor in Blytheville, Arkansas. Upon arrival I checked In early and was unloaded after their 30 minute lunch. Overall I had a good experience.
