The Ups service driver didn't follow instructions or tracking notification. My package was to be delivered at 10:30am. I was notified it was brought 7:48am. The driver was to knock on the door because there is no doorbell, the driver just left a note saying I was not there, it would cost me $7.00 to pick up my package and no time was told me, if I wanted my package delivered the next day. BAD BUSINESS. 👎

My package will be outside in your frozen truck for four days, since arriving to your center. So much for expedited service. Very poor service to homes furthest from the distribution center. FEDEX out of Nashville is so much better.
