September 30, 2022 I'm appending my submission (January 2022) for the benefit of people looking for an apartment in Missoula. At Crestview, living here is more of a lifestyle given all the benefits that I listed below. I'd like to add that we aren't squeezed in between other city structures or in the middle of a mid-town residential lot. Crestview is spaciously laid out with 20 or so unit's per individual building; paved sidewalks, and wide-open places for children to play and/or caring for animal needs. Building and street maintenance care is taken seriously, and after living here for 6 years, I personally believe that the amenities and covered parking and landscaping, that are well maintained for our safety and convenience, is added-VALUE and benefit to living here. The managers are very responsive and care about tenant's and tenant's rights. Check-it-out. I lived at Crestview apartments since July 1, 2016. It's a well managed, diverse, convenient and safe place to live. The management is friendly and efficient, flexible and responsive to the needs of the tenants. It's very pet friendly with a lot of area for dog walking and open space for your children to run and play as well. They hire the best landscapers and snow removal businesses - year round. The lawns, entries, and apartment fronts always look perfect with green grass, flowers and other appropriate vegetation from late winter to late autumn. The snow removal personnel are plowing and shooting ice melt on all the roads leading into and out of the complex, while another crew is making the mile-or-so of sidewalks safe and easy to access the vehicles. All before the majority of the residents rise up in the winter. I appreciate the added amenities as well - carports, storage, exercise room and swimming pool. The units are efficient to heat and obtain hot water when you need it from a system of boilers (I think). The maintenance staff are knowledgable professionals. They know how to keep everyone's apartment functioning, as well as looking like new. I know, I rent two of them (the second being very short-term).

We have lived at Crestview since July 2007. The living experience has been very positive. They work with you during financial difficulties and are responsive to maintenance requests efficiently. Would recommend living at Crestview.

I've been living here since last July and have thoroughly enjoyed it- the whole application and lease-signing process takes place online through their very easy to navigate portal, the same place you go to make rent payments and ask for maintenance requests. The units are spacious and very cute, with lots of great perks of living here such as a beautiful swimming pool and a great little fitness center.
