We’ve been here for about two years and we love it! Love living in a dog friendly community and the staff and residents here are great. Highly recommend.

I've been here for 3 years and have enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and professional. Online service during these times of COVID makes it possible to request service and receive prompt response. Convenient location within 1/4 mile to major grocery and retail shops. Convenient to have bus stops within 1/4 mile which will provide free bus service throughout Missoula! My neighbors have been quiet and respectful. I've enjoyed my stay here and plan on being here in the future.

My partner and I had a great experience living here for 2 years. Copper Run was one of the few rentals we found that accepted our dog and cat, and didn't charge us ridiculously ($50 a month felt reasonable for me) to have them. Of the few maintenance issues we had, we never had a problem reaching anyone. We recently moved out, and the process has been very seamless. The hot tub was never open in our time there, but with how small hot tubs are, and the pandemic, I get it. I used the gym quite a bit and enjoyed it. It's rather small, but I think I saw another person once? So small was fine. Prior to Copper Run, all of my apartments had been older, so I never had a dish washer, and the laundry was always communal and coin operated. It's maybe a small detail for others, but having a washer and dryer, and a dish washer, and a storage closet for our gear (this is MT, after all) was huge. I think my only real complaint was the insulation. It would get VERY cold in winter. We tried so many insulation solutions, and tried putting rolled up blankets under the door, but in winter, it would get so cold. There's no way to set the temperature, so we would blast the heater, but that would only heat the apartment as long as it was on, and then it was cold again. It got to the point where we rarely ran the heater, because it felt like money was going straight out the door. It never felt any warmer, our energy bill just went up. I took a meat thermometer to the air once this winter and it was 56 degrees. Maybe PM has some solutions for this though- we never brought it up, so that's on us. In spite of that, we've loved our time here. Property Management changed a couple times while we were here, and rent did go up a bit, but it's hard to fault Copper Run for that, because the rise in rent is everywhere. The only reason we're moving is because we found a house with more space and want to give our pup a yard.

If you like having your rent raised >$400 in three and a half years with no actual changes to the state of living this is a great place for you. They have had multiple new owners over the few years we have stayed here and each time the rent is raised. A 2 bed 2 bath apartment was just over $1,200 when I first moved here and now a 1 bed 1 bath is nearly the same price. The rent price will never stop rising and it's truly not worth it at this point.
