If you could give negative stars I would, first they are very dishonest, they lied about the bed we got I asked if the Tempur-Pedic would start developing divots they said no but if it did it was a guaranteed replacement if it was more than 1/8" well this was not true at all first off they do develop a breakdown on the materials, and Tempur-Pedic said it is only guaranteed if it's more than 3/4 of an inch. I would of never purchased it if that was said I was never.a.fan of foam mattresses. Next thing it took them 3 months to get it to me, next the couch I purchased it is mad from very week material if a kid puts any weight on the arm rest you can hear the material break inside of it mostly cardboard and thin wood I would not recommend this company to my enemies

It looks clean. No one really around so I didn't see anyone cleaning anything. I think they have free masks in a basic for customers and hand sanitizer.
