I come here sometimes when driving from Klamath Falls to Medford and it's always an unsupervised child who doesn't know how to use the register... It's very frustrating because the option to grill a burrito is not on the kiosk, but the register has the button for it. When you catch them after putting in the kiosk order to tell them you'd like it modified, they often do it wrong anyway. There is no customer service here at all, it's just you and the kiosk. As someone who spent about 10 years in food service, I understand most the issues these folks have not at the end of the day they just don't know how to do their jobs. Worth noting if you try to talk through what's happening the kids will just turn to each other and talk RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU about how difficult you're being by trying to place an order at the register.
