Really cool bar with good drinks, nice staff, and a (mostly) good atmosphere. I would give 5 stars if not for the group of messy people out front that like to start stuff with people and give mean mugs.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the staff, and if they were at other bars, they would get 5 stars easily. The environment, and the clientele get 0 stars. I have lived in Sacramento since 1984 and remember enough about the floods of '86 that I know the middle of the streams running down the streets were laden with varies forms of debris including trash. I have found the place where all that trash ended up and it was in fact The Blind Pig bar. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs if you have any standards at all.

First time going there at night. Paid to play juke box and they skipped all my songs. Didn't feel very welcomed.

BBQ Oysters, some of the best ever. Made those places on the coast look silly.
