Beautiful neighborhood with well cared for houses. The pool area was nice and didn’t feel crowded even after several people arrived. I didn’t go inside the clubhouse, but the covered area adjacent to the pool was well maintained and comfortable. The HOA seems a bit uppity though. The gate was having issues and when residents who had already signed the appropriate paperwork still couldn’t get in and other residents assisted, someone reported them (taking secret photos with their camera) and a Pool Monitor came around from who knows where to chastise and revoke privileges while Ms. Snitch smugly looked on with a smirk. Yes, you read that right — a Pool Monitor. He had a badge. What is this, 3rd grade?

Worst HOA Board of Directors- most unfriendly, un-inviting community for families! This is NOT a 55+ community, and ALL of the board members treats it as so. They are ALL over the age of 55, which is absolutely absurd to me. That is complete discrimination on their part for not allowing any younger members to join; they are like a cult of bored elderly folk that have nothing better to do than implement the most asinine rules, video kids at the pool, turn key cards off whenever they feel like it and NEVER offer community voting on their “changes.”
