The flight was so delayed that we would have missed it connecting flight, so they rebooked us on another airlines. In the process, they messed up my kids names, and more we've been trying to get it sorted out for almost 2 hours.

Love Delta. I was given updates often and saw the crew scramble to make customers happy. They even made up for loads of lost time in the air. The delays this summer made things interesting, but Delta worked hard. Impressive.

Flew with Delta from DEN>SLC>BOI. The flight out there was great. My sons special needs were noted and accommodated. Unfortunately leaving Boise to come home was a different story. I stopped at the ticket counter to check my bag and car seat as I was traveling with my infant son and my 10 year old son. I had asked about the seating assignment and why my son who has special needs was seated in another row from me. They informed me there were seats available for us to be seated together and told me to talk to the gate agent "Kevin" (flight DL1489 on 6/21/22). Kevin did not accommodate or even attempt tp accommodate my sons needs. He didn't take my name, just wrote our seat numbers on a piece of paper and threw it away a few moments later. I actually had a nice man switch his seat with me on the plane when my son began having a panick attack. Probably will never fly out of Boise with Delta again. Big warning for other single moms traveling with special needs kiddos. I tried to be nice and simply asked for help as I know the job is stressful, ive done it! but I guess I should have made a report instead since no accommodations were made for my special needs child. Really upsetting and I highly question Kevin, the gate agent, as he had absolutely no care about any of the customers requests and continously rolled his eyes as customers walked away from the counter. Really sad and disappointed with the way we were treated at the Boise Airport.

I love the seat back screens! It is so convenient and made it really easy to access the movies and games. It was intuitive and helpful. I also loved seeing the flight details (elevation, ground speed, temperature, etc.) I enjoyed the movie selections and played the games with my son. I also appreciated that ear buds were passed out since I didn’t have any. Great job delta. I thought all airlines were pretty much the same, but delta out shone the rest.
