Two years ago we contacted this repairman to repair our grandfather clock. We paid him his fee to come to our house and then half of the amount for the clock to be repaired. Then Covid-19 hit. Two years of numerous phone calls to his shop with no answer plus several stops at his shop with no one answering we went to his shop today. My husband and I at this point just wanted the parts of the clock he took with him 2 years ago and our money back. The repairman was defiant, angry, and belligerent. This man would not speak to me just my husband. He refused to give us our money back and was absolutely hateful. Do NOT go to this repairman. We would give him negative stars if possible. Response! As if waiting for 2 years was not enough, we were to wait longer? He never answers the phone or his door but we were to come back. Plus this man knows he has our money because he demands cash payment for whatever he does.
