Every time I refill (or try to refill) a prescription for my child, there is an issue, every single time. We have been using this location of Walgreens for the past 2 years and I'm frustrated. Yes, our child requires controlled substances -- they told me I had to have his doctor send in a new prescription every time he needs a refill, so I have been doing that. I wrote the doctor 2 days ago and I went to check the status in the app -- it's canceled, no one told us it was canceled, we're just supposed to know? So I call the pharmacy and have to go through the dumb automated system every time -- I always say "speak to the pharmacist" and it tries to get me to say a specific automated response, so I have to say "speak to the pharmacist" a second time. Then the automated system tells me that the pharmacist goes on lunch break between 1 and 1:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Okay, thanks, it's Thursday at 3pm. But it says this every time, no matter what day/time it is. Anyway, I finally get to speak to a real human being and they tell me it was canceled because I did the order WRONG. Um, no, last time the person said I needed to contact my doctor for refills because they couldn't keep refills on file (it's a controlled substance), so my doctor sends in the refill and it gets canceled! She proceeds to tell me that there are refills on file and I need to call them, not the doctor?? What?? I'm transferring to a new pharmacy, it's been too much of a headache over the past 2 years. If I fill a prescription for my son (which can sometimes take more than a day for my doctor to send in) and then it gets canceled but does not inform me - another day can go by - and now he really needs them! I called a new pharmacy, which is a little out of the way and began the transferring process of all our meds and the lady tells me THE DOCTOR DOES HAVE TO SEND IN THE REFILL EVERY TIME. Every time I talk to someone at Walgreens, it's a different person and they don't know what we talked about previously and they have told me different things. I only gave an extra star because they don't seem to have as much of an issue with my prescriptions. We've been using Walgreens for years, but I'm done.

If you have medication no one contact to you and not friendly at all if you need to know somthing or ask questions you not found the answer . No follow up if you have any medication.

Major shout-out to the pharmacy team. There was a customer who was giving them a hard time and being condescending, and they handled it so well and remained friendly and helpful. I see that other reviews are pretty low, but I've never had an issue with this store. Update: Went again today and the lady working the pharmacy drive through was incredibly kind. Thanks for everything you all are doing.

Eddie and I have used this pharmacy since it opened. Yes, it's Walgreen's. Yes, they are always busy - plan ahead and go another time, or walk inside if the drive thru is full. However, even with the turnover in pharmacists and techs, they have always treated us well. Have we had a hiccup now and then? Absolutely, but they have always resolved it. When they were out of something due to a manufacturing shortage, they even called a competing pharmacy who use a different supply chain. The key is to treat others as you would want to be treated. They may not always know us by name, but many of them do. If nothing else, they recognize our faces after 6-10 visits and are always pleasant. The occasional ones who haven't been super-friendly, haven't lasted.
