I have been going to Alora for facials, skin tightening, and Venus Freeze treatments. I highly recommend Alora Spa to anyone looking for pretty much any type of treatment- Patty, the owner, does her best to find the right treatment for any condition/concern. The results are exceptional and the staff is accommodating to my personal work schedule as it is difficult for me to make appointments during normal hours. Patty really puts her heart and soul into this business to satisfy her clients. I always felt welcomed and attended to... not to mention the cleanliness is impressive! Definitely recommend :) thanks for everything!

Not sure how they got such a high rating from others because I thought their treatments were the worst I've ever had (and I get a lot). I am angry that the gratuity wasn't optional because I wouldn't have given as much. Most spas have little snacks and water bottles -- not this one. I went early to enjoy the facilities, like sauna or hot tub --- they don't have any. And the robes are a rough sweatshirt material. Overall and huge disappointment. Just a cheap and overpriced.
