I visited this spa twice.. the first time went well. My boyfriend and I got the couples massage and facials. The experience was nice. The second time around… we both felt like we were getting beat up during our massages. The people doing them were SO ROUGH. I’m writing this review and my back is in pain. Terrible!! I even told the man doing the massage to be more gentle midway and nope, he clearly did not comprehend what I said because he went IN on my back. Not relaxing at all.
