Update: I now have a bill from them that's a year overdue. My street name is wrong. And my town is wrong. And they wrote Passaic, NJ 07057. I dont live in Passaic, 07057 is a Wallington zip. Unreal. And also a HIPAA violation that could have been avoided by verifying my license, insurance card, or even using Google to get an address right. Pros - worked with me to find a birth control option that my insurance will actually cover Cons - takes multiple phone calls to renew prescriptions - I was given an 11am appointment. Confirmed by both text and email. When I arrived, the place is closed. I called at 11 bc someone was present in the office. Yea, office hours start at 12pm. Seriously? How do you both mess that up and not acknowledge the 20 people gathered outside who must have also had appts for earlier than opening? - front desk workers are unfriendly - waiting room (and hallway) is usually packed. Not just with patients, but their husbands, kids, etc. No social distancing or person per square footage limit? Entire families were lined in the hall last I went. - I'm a little concerned by the good reviews here being only by women who are pregnant or had kids...a medical doctor should be on board with women who simply don't want kids as well.
