I read your comment about the service you received this and sometimes you need to remember is that Elisa dealerships fault or they will accept and repair things just automatically always take into consideration or using a third-party which is a tow service don't forget to go against them they're also held liable for any and all actions responsible for your vehicle unless you signed off stating that they could just fix your car and if anything happens you your held liable nine times out of ten there's no signature so they should be liable please call your insurance and check with the tow service not the dealership just keep that in mind I would know I was also a victim not the dealerships faults aside from that Sandra relays actually pretty amazing and I do stand behind them
I would bring it up too a manager & fight w them to fix it. My mom took her car to the dealership once & they took the lock off to the glove box then put a broken one on. She brought it up to their attention & they denied it until we got someone to fix it.

Yes but it is expensive on these newer vehicles. Be sure to ask how much and if they guarantee the key will work.

You don't usually need an appointment but if you make one you'll usually get in and out faster.
