Warning…. Do not trust these people with your Social Security number and other Financial information. I was looking to buy out state Vehicle and I had my bank to do the credit app but they Convince me 101% they could beat my current rate that I was getting. I provide them with my Financial information and they came back 1.5% higher than my credit union i was Originally going for. 1.5% HIGER ON A 800+ credit score.??? They Miss lead me to get my Information and ran NOT ONCE BUT multi times hard inquiry on my credit so they can lock me in to buy their vehicle because they knew I been looking for that Specific car around the country. They do this everyday and they know They couldn’t come close with my credit union Interest rate, but yet they lied to me so they can get force me to buy their car Because I don’t want to run my credit again. They are dishonest, they have unexplained Charges that I never heard before and most importantly what do they do with our information? How do you feel when a Bussiness ran your credit Multiple times without your Consent. I also have a proof of conversation that they ensure me that they can beat my Interest rate. I am going to blast them in every social media BBB and etc… so make sure people know what kinda operation Gilbert Mercedes is running.

After a month of airing a tire weekly, I knew the tire had a slow leak. I made an appointment to have the tire checked for repair or replacement. I bought my tires at the dealership and there was still warranty on them. After three hours waiting, I was told they couldn't find a leak and there was nothing more they would do. Two days later, I had a flat tire. I made another appointment for service, and insisted I get a new tire. They replaced the tire, but I am very unhappy they originally let me drive away in a car that was not road worthy.

I’ve always had high expectations on products, services, etc. People at every level are accountable for the the execution, success, etc. Mercedes-Benz is obviously a great product, but in my case the people , specifically Eddie Trueblood is someone who’s not only very knowledgeable but he always goes above and beyond. That keeps costumers like myself coming back. Mr Trueblood is truly a superstar!
