Been coming here for 2 years never had a problem until today I literally sat in line for 2 1/2 hours just to pop a box off because the crane guy is on vacation. so they had someone else with no experience on his own . and I feel like it’s not fair to do that on drivers time. My Truck been idling for AC the whole time because it’s too dusty to roll the windows down. and missed my next load because of this. everyone have to learn somehow I just don’t think it’s fair for me or other drivers to pay for that with fuel time and money
