This place has a horrible unloading process. I was 4th in line out of over ten trucks with the same appointment and I am now the only truck left and still not unloaded. I still had another drop on this trip and totally missed the appointment. Apparently it doesn't matter what time you get here at all.

This place is a disaster. At the entrance next to door 52 is a box for drivers and nobody else to assist you with checking in. Workers around says they don’t know anything and I have to wait. Seriously?

23 south turn left at 317 Go La Salle Dr turn left Road runs into it 1st Dr employee parking lot.

Hi. We have a 5 am appt tomorrow. We will be there tonight around 10pm,will someone be able to unload us then or should we wait for 5am? Is there overnight parking? Thank you.
