Expect to be defrauded here. We purchased ATT fiber and. A representative of the store came to our house while it was being installed and sold us lies to switch to ATT wireless. They told us that we could get free phones if we traded in our old ones and payed the sales tax up front. Instead, they did not give trade in credit for a couple of them and a small credit for the other. We were sold on the promise of a lower phone bill and free devices, instead they are basically trying to make us indentured servants by forcing us to pay full price on the devices and keep us using their service. We had perfectly good devices and never would have traded if we knew this would happen. Support is useless and doesn't care. Also beware they try to sneak on hidden insurance charges as well.

Sales Rep Alfonso added early upgrades and insurance coverage after repeatedly being told NO. The receipt didn't show any added charges so it was difficult to catch. We were on auto pay and didn't see it for some time, now management won't return our calls.
