I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH TEMPERATUREPRO! I CALLED AFTER HOURS DURING ONE OF OUR HOT SPELLS HERE IN COLUMBUS AND SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH SHERI! SHE OFFERED ME TIPS TO TRY BEFORE CHARGING ME WITH A SERVICE CALL. I APPLIED THE TIPS BUT ULTIMATELY FELT I NEEDED A SERVICE CALL. THEY PROMPTLY SENT CAMERON OUT THE NEXT MORNING. HE ARRIVED IN THE TIME WINDOW THEY SUPPLIED AND HAD THE PART ON HAND THAT MY AC NEEDED. HE HAD THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING QUICKLY! I HAD A FEW MORE CONCERNS AND CAMERON CAME RIGHT OUT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY! HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, DID A RECHECK AND REASSURED ME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEMPERATUREPRO! Tech came to house with the understanding that I needed repair of some kind/ no cold air with central air. I showed her which AC needed looked at (I have two units). After a while I stopped her in the front yard and asked her what was going on. She stated that she already changed the ( I believe) condenser. She then said we were up to over $300 and that was not even the Freon that needed to be added. Price jumped to$500 or more. She said that parts were no longer available for this unit (old). I told her I didn’t want anything done! I was truly unhappy with this person and her lack of professionalism. She should have spoken to me first about all of the above prior to doing anything. And a $95 service fee to boot!! I will not use this company again!!!

They refused to do the service just because their technician said it's hard to access our units. That's so unprofessional and improperly .
