Not sure of forwarding you could just deliver to your own address instead of the locker's. But yes the pickups are contactless if the item dimensions are itself not very big. You just open up your amazon app and they give you a bar code which can be scanned on the pickup box at the place, which inturn gives you acess to the locker having your shipment. Just a note the item itself is placed by humans into the locker at some point.
There's a section for support for fire tablets under Amazon device support on their website. Go to 'Help', then 'Digital Services and Device Support', then 'Fire Tablets & Phones'. You may want to start there. Hope this helps!

You can take a package to any of the Amazon locations. I had a package that came in at Whole Foods and returned it here, anyway. Or if you mean can you change your delivery location, only when you make the order, before it ships. Just add the location to your address book, at the bottom, and it will show up.
They don't unlock the doors before 9am, but you could knock, I've seen them inside? They're really nice.
Yes. You can use the self-service stations on site for that.
It's self service but they have a staff member and shipping supplies on-site to help you so it's as convenient as possible. I have returned an item in the retail packaging you don't need the Amazon shipping box). As long as it won't be damaged that's fine.
