Yes. The locals appreciate it if you throw the females back.
Yes, day and night. Not real well lit at night . cars have been broken into. No restrooms there. Nearest gas station mile away. Very strong current.small children should be well supervised. Guess what? They just built restrooms at foot of pier! And a playground for kids. Nice little park to top off the pier!
