Dr Griffith told me I needed a surgery and I felt pressured to schedule, but it didn't make sense to not try a conservative treatment like a shoe insert. I went for a 2nd opinion elsewhere, got a shoe insert (orthotic) and have been fine. I overheard a coworker talking about her foot issue a couple of months ago and how she felt pressured to have a surgery, unnecessarily, as soon as possible. Come to find out....it was Dr Griffith at Clintonville Foot and Ankle.

People were very nice, but the treatment didn’t work and now I have a split creating two toenails on each big toe instead of one ingrown nail on each, I’m embarrassed by my feet now and getting bills from this place in the mail. Disappointed.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. The doctor was fantastic. The issue is with the administrative staff. I needed to reschedule a follow up appointment but it is so difficult to get ahold of them that I could never get back in. I called 3 times on separate days and left a voicemail each time but they never called back. They also put the address on my license on my account and therefore sent my bill to an old address, even though I put my current address on my paperwork and would have told them the address was incorrect had they asked/had I known they'd put the wrong one.

I had been in severe pain for a few months with an acute case of plantar fasciitis. I was trying to let time and stretching heal me, but the daily pain in walking or any kind of leg/foot movement was affecting everything I did (or tried to do). Dr. Griffith and his staff were professional, fast, and easy to work with. I won't go into the treatment in detail, but the end result is I'm not in pain anymore. I unreservedly recommend this office and staff!

Alot of times, icing it and then heat..the pain will eventually subside! If after a few more days, I would definitely seek the advice of your Dr...just my opinion! I hope you feel better soon!!
Both Dr. Griffith and Dr. Barron are in network for OSU Prime Care!
