Great customer service to start with. I took in a romper that fit me too short and needed lace added to the hem to lengthen it. It turned out beautiful! My mom is a seamstress so I know good work when I see it!!!

Alteration service, Not recommended! Gave my pant for taper only not hem. They said leave the sample pant so they know exactly how to do it. Sample pant was slightly longer. When I came to pick up, they had hemmed the sample pant instead! And the laundry guy called the alteration tailor and yelled at him saying “Why you do this! Always, Always, Always!” This is obviously a regular occurrence with the tailor! They should find someone more reliable. I wanted to give 1 star. But their business is not booming, which is obvious from the condition of the shop, so I am giving 3 stars. Also the same reason why I didn’t mind them not offering anything as an apology. Just left with my pants, feeling disappointed. Hopefully, the readers are warned as to what to expect. And if the shop reads this, hopefully they improve. 🙏

I just had my daughter take her high school graduation gown to them to have it altered because it was way way too big and too long. She was measured and they pinned it to show her how it would look hemmed and she said it was perfect. exactly how it should look. Went and picked it up today and they were really busy so she decided to try it on when she got home. Came home tried it on and it is soooo tight at the waist when she went to zip it the zipper part came off the fabric at the bottom. She finally got it zipped and the length is good and chest is good but again like I said waist is so tight the natural pleats that are suppose to be in the gown in the front are pulled completely out. plus its hard for her to walk in and Im afraid if she sits down its going to rip. Her graduation is in exactly 2 weeks and I have no idea how I'm going to find another gown for her. I'm going there first thing tomorrow morning because I'm LIVID with them. IF....they either fix hers or get her a new one and alter it to fit her in time for graduation I'll change my review BUT if not they are giving me my money back plus I will be writing a bad review on google..yelp..and BBB. This is ridiculous. One of my daughters most important moments/days in her life and they have to go ruin what she has to wear. DONT DONT GO HERE!!!!!
