I thought I had found a Doctor and a Therapist that I liked. But after MULTIPLE reschedules and then leaving message after message and getting no return calls, I left this practice and switched to a much better one. I loved both the Doc and the Therapist, just couldn't seem to EVER get a human being to answer a call when needed.

Only giving 3 stars because although the person who sees my son is great, she failed to send my sons prescription refills and new prescriptions to the pharmacy and I called and left a message in the nurse line (his appointment was late in the day on a Thursday, made phone calls on Friday) and heard nothing back and he ran out of his meds so he has to go all weekend without his meds, and I can not send him to school until he has his meds. If this does not get resolved or if this happens again I will have to take my son elsewhere to get proper services that takes his care more seriously.
