This is a must-visit in Cbus. Amazing Distillery and Kitchen, with incredible service, atmosphere, and the food is out of this world in terms of flavor and presentation. (See photo dump)

Questions & Answers

How can they call their whiskey "bourbon" when it seems to violate one, if not two, of the rules for designating it as bourbon?

The label says "bourbon finished in..." It's technically legal that way, but it's an area of the law that the regulators should clarify (along with several others)
