Many many many years ago this was the ohio liquor agency location. It is currently a Family Dollar store and strip shopping center.

You can purchase any product they carry on hem they are open on Sunday.
They do not. Although the recent bill has passed allowing alcohol delivery, the systems haven't been setup by Ohio liquor control. Current expected launch is sometime in summer of 2021 or 2022.
Sales tax would be about $1.50 $2.50 is 12% tax. If your receipt reads tax then that tax is probably illegal. Some places will charge a 'tax' to cover credit card fees.
