I’m giving five stars because of the technician Lamar. The receptionist initially couldn’t seem to find my appointment and we were having a little bit of difficulty; he came over and took control of everything; grabbing his gloves, running outside- pulling my car in and fixing it quickly. He had an awesome attitude. Safelite is lucky to have him.

Scheduled appointment to replace windshield. The tech took my truck apart. Then stated he couldn’t replace it and put it back together. I had a crack in my windshield. Once he finished I found the windshield was smashed with a hole and it’s now storming and damaging my truck. He broke the arm on my windshield wiper arm that mounts to the motor. Destroyed the top molding and put some type of tape molding in place of it, which is leaking. I found screws on my truck that he removed and we’re never put back in. I’m getting no response from safelite and they still filed a claim with my insurance for windshield replacement. I’m taking my truck to the dealership to get a report on damage caused and getting it repaired. I could have driven my truck for another year the way it was, but now I have no vehicle until this is resolved. Will update this as I get details from the dealership. Unacceptable! Especially when I thought I was calling the best windshield replacement company around.

When you call there online service you cannot get a person. It gives you an endless loop of recordings, tells you to go to their website and then hangs up on you. Their actual work is awesome but you won't speak to a real person until after you've made an appointment to have work done.

Fantastic experience! Had an emergency back window repair that needed to be done. Got in the same day and they fixed it. They were respectful and did a wonderful job. I showed up right on time and they estimated an hour, it was exactly an hour and it's perfect! Thanks so much for coming to my rescue!

I would like to know that also..I have replaced the windshield in my 2022 Hyundai Palisade Caliraphy 3 times in 30 days of owning the vehicle. One of those times i arrived for an install, the glass to be installed was already damaged.. Wht vehicle model vehicle u have, Frank?

Do not give up i had a time for 8-12 he called me stated that my glass had a stress crack and he also call me to let me know if he could do one Appt then go to shop in Orlando then he came at 1:30 to 2 pm they do have untill 5 to 6 pm to complete just give him a call to see what is his pta status first

Yes they will fix any glass on the vehicle. ..but its better when having insurance. ..especially when it comes to your pocket.
