These are the nastiest rudest people you can ever deal with in a customer service capacity. And this is exclusive Mansfield. The goal is not to help the kids. The goal is to cause as much harm to the father as possible. I have a order out of Dayton, and they actually helped and showed that my dollar mattered. I don’t understand how any of the case workers sleep at night, knowing the harm they are doing to the father, and relationship of child w father. The whole system needs overhauled, but the Mansfield office needs closed due to lack of professionalism, and just downright mean evil people working for them .

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The agency director is extremely rude! I said that my car was in the shop due to automotive problems and couldn't make it to my appointment and didn't have a printer to print out proof of my verification that I applied for jobs and asked if I could possibly forward the proof through a email. They told me no , and that I will have to find a way to make it to the appointment and that there is nothing I can do about it that I have to do what they say. How the hell am I supposed to do what they say with no way? The lady on the phone yelled at me and was just all around disrespectful. All they care about is taking your money.
