Burnet Woods is a hidden gem that people often overlook due to its size. It’s a great park with a small lake, nice walking/running trails, picnic shades, fishing spots, BBQ grills, and just a place to relax in that busy neighborhood. Right across the street from University of Cincinnati and Good Samaritan hospital. It’s also close to the public library. This beautiful little park is a spectacular sight in the Fall.

Once a year I believe they have stock it for the year
If you enter the park from Clifton Ave, you will drive right to it. It is at the top of the hill.
Not sure but at night it sure looks like that.
No need to pay for parking
At dusk all parks close in Cincinnati
I see few people do fishing there, but I honestly don't know whether it is legal or not.
My coworker has caught Bass this Spring from this Lake. It's funny you asked, he was just bragging about personally stocking the lake back in 1995..
Nope but I don't think you're allowed to keep any fish although I've seen people do it and hopefully they didn't eat them!
Even if it was, I would not advise going through the park late at night.
There are fish in the lake, a sonar proved so. There are bass, bluegill and catfish. Highly pressured so it takes luck/skill to land anything.
Back in the sixties, using a single line and hook, we caught lots of crappies and once almost a catfish.
