Bought a lower receiver with cash in April of last year. Got a call in December that he thinks I didn’t pay for it cause his books were short at the end of the year and does not have a receipt for it. I bought it with cash and they handed me the lower and my receipt and I went on my way. I do not have the receipt anymore as it’s been 8 months. Told me if I didn’t pay for it again he would report it stolen. Negligence.
