I would not recommend Sears service anymore. Laura at TransForm Co headquarters operator said that we cannot help nor get any help for you. She said keep on waiting which was already 3 months. Luckily the attorney general got involved and magically it all got repaired immediately..

It was awful. Our technician came on July 28th the first time and it wasn't fixed until the beginning of October. Called and texted him every day until he finally came, not only did he not come but he would say he was coming and just wouldn't show up on multiple occasions. Why do y'all insist on sending this same guy every time we need service on our icemaker?? It has been a two to three month experience just to get one part fixed on an ice maker. Once y'all assign him to our home we can not get anyone else to come. Fix the problem. I have always bought from Sears and have had so many problems with the service of a warranteed product. It is two-three month repair always. Always right before we are planning a party.
