The booking service does not allow you to make appointments online. There is no receptionist to take appointments over the phone. In order to make a appointment i had to drive there and come back days or weeks later. When i mentioned getting a receptionist they gave me way to much personal information. Over all very unprofessional.

I was repeatedly charged for services I did not receive and for a membership I cancelled. Cancelling membership was a nightmare. You cannot speak to anyone unless you make a phone appointment for which they charge you, of course. I will never do business with them again based on the financial issues and poor communication on their part. The service is mediocre so I recommend anywhere else but here. You could also choose not to buy a membership.
