I am retracting my review due to the fact it was for Next Level Fitness and Training many years ago, which operates currently in Westerville and Pickerington. This gym is not affiliated in any way. I don't understand how my review from a previous gym at this address could transfer to a different gym and owner that I have never frequented.

The people that run this gym are a bunch of thieves. They have been charging my credit card even though I cancelled over a year ago. I have called them multiple times and they are still doing it. Don't join this gym.

I haven’t been a member at Nextlevel fitness since 2018. The billing department is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t trust them with your banking information. My debit card was charge $630.00 this past Monday. I canceled two years back and haven’t stepped foot in there gym since. Still waiting for my refund. I’ll get it either way☺️😉
