As an out of stater looking at homes in the Columbus area, let me say Amy was an absolute life-saver! Within a half hour of contacting her she had called me back and went right to work looking for our new home. In this market, that is no easy feat - especially with us being 9+ hours away. We relied heavily on Amy's knowledge of the area and she certainly guided us in the right direction as to location, neighborhoods, schools, etc. She took our "wants" in a house seriously and made us feel like a priority. She was understanding, patient and a fighter to get us in our new home. I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell, she most certainly has her client's best interest at heart! THANK YOU, AMY!

Amy did everything possible to help us get the condominium we fell in love with. Since we're moving from New York state she made our search so much smoother by sending us numerous listings and helping us focus on what we really wanted and needed. Her team member Michael was also very responsive to our questions and getting the answers we needed. If you're looking to buy or sell, Amy Paul and her team are the best!

Amy is very professional and we had a wonderful buying experience with her! With her upbeat personality and vast knowledge of Real Estate and the current market conditions, Amy made what could’ve been a very stressful search into a very positive and easy transaction. The staff at E-merge were very helpful and communicative, our closing happened so fast! Highly recommend Amy and her team.

Most financial institutions say that if you add your gross monthly income (not take home) with your spouse’s gross monthly income and multiply that by 30% of your total gross monthly income, this figure would be what you can afford to use towards housing related payments, ie: mortgage payments, taxes and insurance.

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step of the home buying process. Getting a pre-approval letter from a lender gets the ball rolling in the right direction. We can help you with that process.
