From what I could see, this mobile home park was kept up nicely. The residents were all friendly, they seemed most curious about what I was doing there and who I was seeing. Nosey? No this place has great security. Nobody walks around here without being seen. I think that when I get to retirement age, I'd love a place to retire to like this.

About $800.00 for the lot fee. And you have to buy the mobile home. Call the manager

Does this park have space to live in trailer for 4months? Cost to do so?

No, it does not. There are no open spaces and it is a 55 and over park. Sorry.

are there any rentals there for retired couples?

Sorry, no. It's owners only. But it is a park for senior only. You might be able to buy a single wide for what you would pay for rent.
