I live here now but even before I did I thought this was definitely the nicest park in Seaside. The owners take great care of it and the residents are super nice. It is for 55 and over and there are a few empty spaces. I wish there were more like it ALL OVER CA.

Used to live here. Very nice, quiet one bedroom. It was unique because it resembled a cottage inside. All wood interior in every room and large multi paned windows in every room including the cute little back door. It had a laundry building on property, and the trailers were situated away from the two separate buildings that had two apartment units complete with own car port. The grounds and buildings were kept clean and orderly. I have fond memories of our home then. That was the early 80's. I'm sure it's probably kept the same way, judging by the Google maps photos.

No I don't at this time I could get a couple they r redoing the electrical and paving that should be done in a couple of weeks!
Yes they have a couple of spaces for RVs don't know if any are empty right now and it's a 55 plus Park for seniors only
