I sat in a chair feet in water for 30 min. Then a lady comes over says sorry. Used the same dirty equipment from the last customer (and the next one) they run from customer to customer in between. No one is washing hands or wiping anything down. No one came back to finish for 20 min. No one to pay. Stay away. They are disgusting.

Worst experience in a nail salon EVER!!! My mom, granddaughter and I went for pedicures and fills today with a scheduled appointment. Pedicures were going great then all of a sudden we were rushed out of our seats shoes rammed on our feet and put in chairs for our nails. Mom's nails got started right away granddaughters were done in pedi chair and I waited about 15 minutes and was moved over to the gentleman (who I found out from customer of 3 years is the owners brother) and he finally started doing my nails. Well, for about 2 minutes then he had to keep answering the phone, greeting customers, filling walk ins and other appointments pedicures water. Not only that he couldn't do my nails the way I wanted he had no interest at all. His only concern was watching every move every employee and customer was doing and saying! NEVER RECOMMEND NEVER GOING BACK!!! Oh and $199.00 later

Im really upset because I thought they were better! First of all i wanted acrylic powder not dip powder but they did it anyway. I told them i was a nail technician obviously im picky with my nails and he said “just wait its my work ok” as i was seeing how THICK they were he said he would make it look natural & not thick & then their was a girl who even told me “i feel like they forgot me” because they were removing her nails so she had foil on them for like 45 mins & they weren’t removing it off her. They didnt even push back my cuticle its not even been a day & my nails already look grown out!!! NOT OKAY.
