My mother-in-law just bought a place in Seaside Mobile Estates. She fell in love with the location, but had a few hiccups in the process. Glen was fantastic to work with. He took a chance by working with us on a deal that was contingent upon her selling another property. Even when things went south, he continued to give us time to work it out. He ended up waiting more than 60 days for us to close escrow. He didn't have to give us any slack at all. Mom is super happy to have the place. His manager Marilyn came by and introduces herself as we unloaded the Uhaul. All around good people. We were very impressed by their courtesy and professionalism.
