Took our son to Varsity for the first time on a Saturday morning. It was busy but the staff was very welcoming. When my son's name was called the lady who helped us was Jenni. We wanted to address my son's flat feet. She watched how he walked and then scanned his feet. Lots of time was spent with him to get the correct and most comfortable shoe. She was very knowledgeable, super helpful, sweet and through conversation we found out she was the owner of the store! We would 100% recommend Varsity Sports and Jenni.

Brooks are great shoes, but you should go in and try a few on to see what works best for you. I chose Brooks Ghost after trying several different ones but everyone's feet are different.
