Dot Calm had my computer for 4 months..... while giving me time to get my stuff together! And get this! They let me use one of their laptops to finish out my semester at LSU for free! Once done, they allowed me time to get my finances together, so none of my children would starve! Seriously though, these people were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will absolutely return for ANY of my computer needs for now on.

I just wanted to complement the Dot Calm Team for a fabulous job performed on my terribly slow Apple Desktop Computer. From beginning to end, Dot Calm was extremely profession and made all specifics very clear from beginning to end. They were beyond prompt in executing the repair with very efficient communication. My Apple Desktop is now working at the speed as when purchased. I recommend Dot Calm to anyone who may have a situation with an older desktop that is underperforming. In total, Dot Calm performed fabulous work in a very timely manner.

Hi Amanda. Yes, we can confirm, but will need to look at the machine to verify. If in fact it is a graphics card issue, your machine type may not allow for the changing or upgrading of the graphics card.
They fix computers. It is a $40.00 fee to look at it. They will put the fee to your bill.

More than likely, the contents of the drive will not show until the password is entered. If you aren't getting the prompt to enter the password, you may need to bring it by so we can attempt to recover the information.
