The worst place ever . These people had my car for 2 months waiting on a part that never came . Sent it back for running hot . They say it was fixed but now it’s back running hot again . Nobody will take responsibility for the car not being fixed properly. Managers take 3-5 days to return your call it’s just horrible.

I developed a problem with my 2019 Silverado's automatic transmission shifting during normal acceleration on Saturday. First transmission problem I have had with the truck since it was new. I called Gerry Lane Chevrolet early Monday morning, talked to Mark Robinson in service. I had no appointment, but he told me to bring it in that morning for diagnosis and should have an answer by the end of the day. I received a text and phone call from Mark around 5:00 p.m. that day telling me my Silverado was ready to pick up. It tuned out the transmission needed to have the transmission fluid changed. GM had sent out a bulletin to the dealers making them aware of the problem. Boy that was a relief. Thanks Gerry Lane Chevrolet for taking excellent care of my Silverado and me!!!!
