I brought my amg in for service. They didnt put the pins in a my bumper was cracked the next day. This was my second visit as the first time after getting a service. My belt popped 2 weeks later when i was 7 hours out of town. But they made sure to charge me for their supposed "inspection". I believe they are purposely breaking cars in the service department to boost sales. I brought my car in for oil change but now my brakes are scraping and making sounds. This dealership needs to be investigated.

In a time when so many dealerships are gouging customers, this dealership is doing it the right way. Found the car I wanted in their website. Called and made a deposit to hold the car. Showed up, payed MSRP and drove it home. Wonderful experience.

The Mercedes salesmen are great, and that is the only reason they are getting even two stars. Every time that I’ve tried to bring in my car for regular service there has been a delay. Now, I attempted to get it in due to an issue not allowing me to drive, and the “absolute earliest” I could be seen is two weeks from today. They literally told me to try another dealership. Take your business to Mercedes of Covington they actually care about you as a customer and your well being on the road.
