Our salesman was very helpful as well as your finance department. Now we do realize we did buy a used vehicle with the extended warranty as two months went by I literally had to truck for maybe one month out of the two due to the service department not willing to listen to what I had to say about the truck as far as what was wrong with the front end they fix the oil leak and the guards for the sunroof the front and still having problems and when I ask them to change the ball joints because the ball joints were bad and would not except Grease due to the boots being split they told me they have no fittings on the ball joints to grease them so I am then taking my business to another dealership.

Ordered a actuator for my tailgate. Thursday this week and the salesperson said it would be ready for pickup Friday. As promised, it was ready to pickup early the next morning. Really satisfied with my experience. Only thing I was not to happy with was the prices. 😂 But what else can you expect from a dealership, right?!?
